Rental Inspections (RRIO) for the cities of Tukwila, Burien, and Lakewood are $165. A single unit rental RRIO in Seattle is $262.50, plus $40 for each additional unit. (Rental inspections for Seattle are $210 plus a $52.50 processing fee to deliver your certificate of compliance in the Seattle RRIO program.)
