Rental Inspections (RRIO) for the Cities of Tukwila, Burien and Lakewood are $165. Rental inspections for Seattle are $210 and $40 for each additional unit. The total for City of Seattle RRIO (including their $52.50 processing fee) for a one unit rental is $262.50 to allow us to deliver your certificate of compliance in the Seattle RRIO program.
